The 2016 Cadillac CTS-V isn’t the only model being tested by the American automaker today.
AutoGuide.com‘s spy photographers have also caught the upcoming Cadillac ATS-V coupe being benchmarked against the BMW M3 on the roads surrounding the Nürburgring. It appears that both next-generation V models will be hitting the legendary race track in the next day or two for some calibration.

The new ATS-V coupe is expected to ride on the American automaker’s Alpha platform and will likely be powered by a 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 engine with around 420 hp in order to compete with the new BMW M4 and its 425-hp twin-turbo six-cylinder engine.
Expect more spy photos to come as both Cadillac models take to the Nürburgring for some hardcore testing.
